End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Corz.gg ("Licensor") for the use of the Corz Client software ("Software").

1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this EULA and upon valid purchase of a subscription, the Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on a single device for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Restrictions

You shall not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Software or any portion thereof
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or transfer the Software to any third party
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the Software
• Use the Software on more devices than permitted by your license
• Use the Software to develop competing products or services

3. Intellectual Property

The Software and all copies thereof are proprietary to the Licensor and title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in the Software shall remain with the Licensor. The Software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

4. Updates and Modifications

The Licensor may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Software at its sole discretion. Such updates may be required for continued use of the Software and may be installed automatically.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Licensor does not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Software, even if the Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

8. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
