1. General Policy

Due to the digital nature of our product, all sales are generally considered final. We provide detailed information about our Service before purchase so you can make an informed decision.

2. Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate or accidental charges
  • Service is completely non-functional and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe
  • Request is made within 24 hours of purchase and the software has not been downloaded or used

3. Non-Eligible Refunds

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind after using the Service
  • Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Failure to read product descriptions or system requirements before purchase
  • Issues caused by your own hardware, software, or internet connection
  • Requests made more than 24 hours after purchase

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, open a support ticket in our Discord server. Include your account email, transaction ID, and the reason for your request. Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

6. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the Service. We encourage you to reach out to our support team to resolve any issues before initiating a dispute with your payment provider.
